If you decide not to proceed with our services, we will only charge you for the preparation costs and the fee for the introductory meeting.

3. We schedule an appointment with the notary and jointly draft the documents with the notary
4. You will receive the draft documents with an detailed explanation
5. The notary will make an appointment with you to sign the documents
6. After the documents has been executed, you will receive a copy from the notary
7. You will receive an invoice from RSS for the mediation costs
8. You will receive a separate invoice from the notary
9. We can deduct the costs on your behalf when submitting your tax return
